Compensation:

Job requirements Entry-level candidates with 1-2 years of experience and developing HVAC technicians are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, components, electrical fundamentals, or mechanical systems preferred HVAC trade school, technical training, or related hands-on experience preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license Willingness to learn residential HVAC startups, new construction systems, and troubleshooting procedures Ability to follow instructions, manufacturer documentation, and technical materials Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop HVAC technical skills Dependable and self-directed approach to learning and completing assigned work Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely work at heights Interest in building a long-term career in the HVAC trade Tex-AC & Heating is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
