While we do not have immediate openings available at this time, we are building a qualified candidate pool and will contact applicants when business demand increases and positions become available. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment issues. Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous HVAC experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions. Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings required by law. Required Certifications Applicants must possess or be able to obtain the certifications required by applicable federal, state, and local laws, including: EPA Section 608 Certification (required for handling refrigerants). Any state or local licenses required for HVAC work in Texas. OSHA safety training certifications are preferred. NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is a plus but not required.
