JRV Home Services is hiring an experienced HVAC Technician for the San Marcos area. Candidates must reside in San Marcos, TX to support quick response times and efficient service coverage for the area. This role offers independent field operation while working under the direction and support of our San Antonio headquarters.

Position Summary:

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems, according to specifications and safety standards.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Repairs:

Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including electrical and mechanical faults.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair processes and costs.

Compliance:

Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Training:

Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior team members.
