HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and ensure proper operation of mechanical components. Utilize brazing and equipment repair skills to fix or modify system components as needed. Conduct field service visits for property maintenance, appliance repair, and HVAC system upgrades across diverse locations. Skills Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration). Solid mechanical knowledge with expertise in construction-related systems and property maintenance. Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with plumbing and refrigeration systems is essential. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective field service delivery.
