Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team as a 1099 subcontractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing and repairing in residential and commercial settings. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing assigned installation projects efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and building codes. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine optimal installation methods. Select and install appropriate materials, components, and equipment for each project. Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deficiencies with installed systems. Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct on job sites.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a minimum of 3 years in the field. Proficiency in installing various types of HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems. Must own HVAC tools, and be familiar with HVAC equipment, and materials. Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and regulations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. HVAC certification and/or relevant trade licenses preferred. Must be able to pass a background check
