Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Conduct field service visits to client sites for on-site repairs and system upgrades. Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to identify electrical or mechanical faults. Repair or replace plumbing components related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist with HVAC design modifications or upgrades based on client needs or system requirements. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a related construction or property maintenance role. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC. Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) system layouts. Familiarity with HVAC design principles is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with equipment repair including air conditioning units, pumps, valves, and ductwork. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC setups and property maintenance practices. Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards at all times.
