Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Perform residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections Identify basic system issues and educate homeowners on solutions Present repair and upgrade options (earn commission ) Deliver top-tier customer service on every call Work alongside experienced Service Technicians to grow your skills

Qualifications:

What You Bring Mechanical aptitude Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations Results driven in a high-energy environment Attention to detail Must be able to follow directions and work independently Service Titan experience preferred 1-2 years of HVAC field experience Ownership of your own hand tools EPA Certification (or working toward it) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Great communication and customer service skills Desire to grow into a Service Technician role quickly Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
