May be available/required based on project needs Job Summary We are hiring dependable, hardworking Heater Jacket Technicians for an industrial/semiconductor worksite in Taylor, TX. No heater jacket experience is required — training will be provided. Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction experience. Semiconductor fab, manufacturing, cleanroom, or industrial experience is strongly preferred. Important Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding, hands-on position. Candidates must be able and willing to: Work at heights above 25 feet while using required fall-protection equipment. Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach. Perform repetitive physical tasks and use hand tools for extended periods. Lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials, tools, and equipment. Work around piping, machinery, and industrial equipment. Work in an active construction/semiconductor environment while wearing required PPE throughout the workday. Responsibilities Install, fit, remove, and maintain heater jackets and related components. Perform hands-on construction and installation work. Safely use basic hand tools and equipment. Assist experienced technicians and follow installation procedures. Inspect completed work and report issues or safety concerns. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all jobsite and facility safety procedures. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of construction experience required. Heater jacket experience not required. Semiconductor fab/manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Comfortable using hand tools. Able to understand and communicate in basic English for work and safety instructions. Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Must meet applicable background-screening requirements. Must be available for overtime when required.
