This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys troubleshooting and start-ups, and is looking for long-term career advancement. As our service department grows, we anticipate creating leadership opportunities, including a future Service Manager role. We want to develop and promote great people from within.

Responsibilities Perform residential HVAC equipment start-ups Diagnose and repair warranty issues Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and airflow problems Complete quality control inspections on newly installed systems Provide professional service to homeowners and builders Accurately document service calls, deficiencies, and repairs Maintain company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction Keep company vehicle clean and organized Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC experience required Experience with split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and manage daily workload Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and desire to grow within the company Required Tools Technicians must provide their own: Gauges/manifold set Standard HVAC hand tools Torches MSF Mechanical provides: Vacuum pump Recovery machine Additional specialty equipment as needed Compensation & BenefitsPay$25.00 - $35.00 per hour , based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
