HVAC Lead Installer

We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. This role is focused on running install jobs, leading a helper, and completing quality HVAC system installations. Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installations Work with and manage an install helper Complete installs efficiently and correctly Communicate with customers on-site Requirements 5+ years of HVAC install experience Experience as a lead installer Ability to run jobs independently Valid driver's license Pay & Benefits $32-$38/hour (based on experience) Bonus opportunities (upsells / tech-generated leads) Company vehicle, phone, and tablet Steady, year-round work Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional weekends as needed

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
