To Be Determined Job Description Primary Purpose Follow a preventive maintenance schedule of changing all air conditioning filters throughout the district. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD. Qualifications Education/Certification/Licensure High school diploma or GED Texas driver's license and pass MVR driving record check - must meet eligibility requirements for CCISD motor vehicle insurance Special Knowledge/Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience Requirement determined by supervisor Major Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a routine schedule of changing filters to ensure good air quality in all district facilities Be flexible with work schedule to respond to emergencies at night and on weekends when needed. Maintain friendly customer-service-driven interactions with all stakeholders, students, teachers, administrators, and co-workers. Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure that the goals of the school/department are met. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication (i.e. email, written, and verbal). Perform other duties and accept other responsibilities as assigned. Equipment Used Including but not limited to hand tools, small power tools, ladder Working Conditions Mental Demands Concentration while performing duties; ability to maintain emotional control at all times Physical Demands/Environmental Factors Strenuous walking, standing and/or climbing; heavy lifting from 20-80 lbs.; inside and outside exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures; exposure to dust, toxic chemicals, and materials; slippery and/or uneven walking surfaces; work on ladders
