THE ROLE

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform system maintenance and service repairs Identify solutions that improve system performance and reliability Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and options Maintain professional communication with dispatch and teammates Follow safety procedures and company standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in residential HVAC service or installation Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Good customer communication skills EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license Positive attitude and willingness to learn

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS
