system repair HVAC Certification Multifamily properties Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Dynamic and innovative Property Management Company is seeking an Experienced HVAC/ Maintenance Technician with experience in HVAC servicing and installations, some plumbing and electrical experience, appliance repair and general maintenance needed for multi-family residential property located in Wichita Falls, Texas..........Come join our Team! Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience!
Duties include:
. HVAC; servicing, installation, repair, maintenance
  • Plumbing experience/knowledge . Electrical knowledge and experience desired . Occasional appliance repair . General maintenance at residential apartment properties
  • Be on-call on a rotational basis to address urgent maintenance issues
  • Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and appliances
  • Physical requirements include: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting
  • Assists in Facilitating budgeting and ordering of materials and supplies
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED) . HVAC certifications, experience
  • Basic knowledge of general repairs and maintenance work
  • Basic knowledge of electrical . Basic knowledge of plumbing
  • 2-3 years' experience HVAC, maintenance, facilities, appliance repair, electrical and plumbing related skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Desire to help people
