What You'll Do:

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.) Use MeasureQuick to ensure systems meet performance and efficiency specs Follow company procedures and local codes to complete quality installations Work closely with team members and dispatch to stay on schedule Educate customers on system use and maintenance Maintain clean, professional job sites and company vehicles Participate in regular technical and service training through Nexstar and in-house programs

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal) Comfortable using or learning tools like MeasureQuick Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in tight spaces or rooftops when required
