Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service & Install Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and reliable system performance. Responsibilities Perform installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems to ensure peak performance Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and electrical schematics Repair and replace mechanical components, including motors, compressors, fans, valves, and ductwork Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system issues clearly and offering solutions that meet client needs Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on HVAC system installation and repair Service technician experience in HVAC or related mechanical fields Strong understanding of schematics, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration principles, and HVAC design concepts Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters Familiarity with building automation systems and electrical systems within HVAC environments Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in HVAC/R are a plus Experience working with ammonia refrigeration or boiler systems is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driver experience preferred Willingness to work field service hours in various environments; physically capable of lifting heavy equipment Join us as an HVAC Service & Install Technician to deliver top-tier service while advancing your career in a supportive and innovative environment.
