Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, technically minded HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who doesn't just "sell equipment", but is a consultant for homeowners, helping them design high-efficiency systems that improve their comfort and quality of life. You will be responsible for the full sales process, from initial in-home assessment and system sizing to closing and post-install follow up.

Key responsibilities:

In home consultations. Perform thorough evaluations of residential heating and cooling systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.) Technical sizing. Conduct load calculations using Conduit to ensure equipment and duct is sized properly for the home and will meet the customer's comfort expectations. Product expertise. Recommend specialized solutions including high efficiency equipment, high efficiency air filtration systems, whole home humidifiers, and dual fuel heat pump systems. Proposal generation. Use Service Titan to build and present clear, multi-tiered options (Good, better, best) Lead management. Follow up on company generated leads, technician leads, and self generated leads and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Experience. 2+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC preferred, but solar or other in-home services are acceptable). Mechanical aptitude. You must understand how air moves through a home and the basic mechanics of refrigeration and combustion. Understand Manual J and Manual D protocols Communication. Ability to explain and educate customers on various options that are available and the differences and advantages of each. Requirements. Valid driver's license, clean background check, insurable driving record, clean drug screen, and the ability to navigate crawl spaces or attics if needed.

Compensation:

Expected earnings: $70,000 - $150,000 (base + commission)
