Desert Pine Mechanical is hiring an HVAC New Construction Installer to join our growing team. We install complete HVAC systems on residential new construction homes and commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects throughout Utah. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys installation work and wants to build a career on new construction and TI projects rather than service calls. Responsibilities Install complete HVAC systems on new construction residential homes and commercial projects Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and related equipment Install and modify ductwork, flex duct, line sets, condensate piping, registers, grilles, and ventilation Complete HVAC rough-in, equipment setting, finish work, start-up, and commissioning Read plans, equipment specifications, and manufacturer documentation Coordinate with general contractors and other trades on jobsite scheduling Document completed work and any deviations from plan Maintain clean and professional jobsites and company vehicles Communicate professionally with contractors, superintendents, and the Desert Pine team Qualifications 2-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred RMGA certification preferred EPA 608 certification preferred Strong HVACR mechanical aptitude Experience reading plans and specs for new construction/TI projects preferred Ability to work independently and as part of an installation crew Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight or elevated spaces Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where precision and speed are both key to staying on schedule Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, professional, and willing to continue learning Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience and ability Performance-based bonuses Company gas card Manufacturer and technical training opportunities Career advancement opportunities

Pay:

$18.00 - $35.82 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
