About This Role We're hiring experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians for our Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types. What You'll Do Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life. Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms. Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation. Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps. Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions. Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred. 1+ years of experience in an HVAC Maintenance role. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability. Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites. Preferred Qualifications NATE certification or equivalent. Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms. What You'll Get Up to $35/hour based on experience and qualifications.
