Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system performance issues Perform preventative maintenance and routine service Identify equipment problems and explain repair options to homeowners Make recommendations based on the actual condition of the system Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Document service findings, repairs, and equipment information accurately Follow safety procedures, company standards, and HVAC best practices Assist newer technicians with troubleshooting and technical questions when needed What You Bring 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability EPA certification; Universal preferred Experience with Trane, Mitsubishi, or comparable HVAC equipment is a plus Comfortable working independently in the field Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable, professional, and customer-focused Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality work A Different Kind of HVAC Company Complete Comfort is a family-owned HVAC, electrical, and generator company serving Chilhowie and surrounding Southwest Virginia communities.
