Monday-Friday schedule:

7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems. Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential boilers, including cast iron, combi, and steam boilers. Troubleshoot boiler controls, pumps, valves, circulators, and other components. Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments when necessary. Educate homeowners and provide detailed repair and replacement options. Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site. Complete invoices, documentation, and service records accurately and promptly. Participate in ongoing training and company meetings.

What You Need:

Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience. Experience servicing and troubleshooting cast iron, combi, and steam boilers. EPA Certification preferred. ServiceTitan experience highly desirable. Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying positions and environments. Clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers.
