We are looking to add an HVAC Preventative Maintenance technician with at least 5 years experience in residential and light commercial equipment. Technicians will perform routine maintenance to ensure operations of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Change or clean filters, lubrication of moving parts, adjusting belts, tightening of electrical connections, inspecting and cleaning coils and condensate drains. Recording refrigerant pressures, temperatures and electrical readings. Identify issues with HVAC components and making repairs as needed. Having the ability to be able to troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment with a focus on the quality for which we are known and also represent our company to clients and promote great customer relationships. Technicians will travel from site to site to service and repair our customers HVAC equipment. The ability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Refrigeration Cycle & Gas Heating. Perform scheduled, periodic preventive maintenance inspections and procedures. Maintain the workplace (including the service van) in a neat, clean, and safe condition. Work and drive safely, using appropriate safety gear and techniques. Ability to work on-call and respond to emergency calls as needed. Project a professional image to customers, and fellow associates. Perform other duties as described/directed by the Supervisor.
