Company Vehicle Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives A day in the life: Diagnosis causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components; primary area of expertise is systems requiring average technical skills on rooftop HVAC units, heat pumps, DX systems, and pneumatic and electrical control systems Inspect work in process and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned HVAC Technicians Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with current customers and work with both current and potential customers to qualify service needs; develop estimates that will grow our business in the region Focus on development of the team, through exceptional coaching, teaching, and caring You should have: Possess an associate degree, equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in HVAC, or graduate of a sponsored apprenticeship program, or 5 years of direct HVAC experience Demonstrate technological proficiency to include Microsoft Office products Ability to write reports and business correspondence with clarity and accuracy Possess knowledge of current Building Codes, ASHRAE standards and OSHA safety regulations Possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply
