Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting multiple clients across various facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$34-36/hr What's the Job? Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in assigned facilities. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across a variety of building systems and equipment. Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including fixtures, roofing, lighting, and flooring. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and update work order statuses in real time using CMMS systems. What's Needed? Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment). High school diploma or GED required. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems.
