We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) to ensure the physical integrity and safety of our multi-family apartment community. The ideal candidate must be honest, reliable, proactive, and committed to our core values. The candidate will help train other maintenance staff and float from property to property where needed. The potential candidate will also oversee all capital projects to ensure the validity of the work and to supervise the property through it.
