Controls Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, commission, and maintain commercial HVAC control and Building Automation Systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting and working directly with customers, building systems, and a variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC control systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS) Perform preventive maintenance and service on HVAC controls, controllers, sensors, actuators, and related equipment Install, wire, replace, and modify BAS control devices, sensors, wiring, and system components as needed Commission systems and verify proper operation following repairs, upgrades, and modifications Read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and sequences of operation Work directly with building owners, facility personnel, and project teams to resolve system issues Respond to service calls and critical system outages when required Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and maintenance records Assist with customer training and support as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience with HVAC Controls or Building Automation Systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and control systems Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings Experience with BAS platforms such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Trane, Schneider Electric, Automated Logic, Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, Alerton, Carrier, Delta, or related systems Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to customer sites Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle provided Sign-on bonus available Comprehensive health benefits Retirement savings plan Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing training and professional development Career growth opportunities with an established organization Other
