Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of technical maintenance and repairs throughout the property. Complete unit turns efficiently and to high standards.

Conduct repairs involving:

Drywall Carpentry Plumbing Electrical HVAC systems (must be certified) Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall property operations. Requirements HVAC experience and valid HVAC certifications required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and support the team as needed. Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be able to motivate both self and others while contributing to a positive work culture. Additional Information This is an on-site position.
