In this HVAC Install Manager opportunity, you'll oversee technicians and installers while driving growth across the HVAC installation department. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Install Manager position include: 5+ years of industry experience in HVAC service and 2+ years of HVAC management experience. Working knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and airflow. EPA certification required. Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Evaluates workload and schedules service work to utilize manpower and maximize profits. Creates and manages budgets; ensures materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs. Conducts research and participates in the marketing process of the department; generates reports and reviews them with management. Instructs crews on proper material use and quality workmanship; assists dispatching and supports training and development.
Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year, weekly paychecks.
