We are currently looking for a Lead HVAC installer/service technician to join our company in the Lorton, Virginia area. This position will pay dependent upon the candidate's experiences Job sites for this position will vary in the Virginia and Maryland surrounding areas. Candidates will be responsible for entering homes of clients who need minor/major repairs on HVAC equipment, as well as the installation of new residential equipment. Ideally, we are looking for someone to join our team that is dependable, friendly and honest! Candidates must be motivated to work, be organized and be result oriented! Job Summary Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing new and old HVAC equipment. Working with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image. Excel in communication and follow through to properly complete task at hand and most importantly "Deliver Exceptional Customer Service" by establishing a great rapport with the customer.DUTIES:
Employees responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction Establish a great rapport with the customer and assessing customer needs and discuss all solution methods Proficient in service repair of HVAC equipment Proficient in sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements Perform warranty service repair Perform Precision Tune-Ups Ability to complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently On-Call rotation (nights/weekends) Ability to adapt to changes Follow all standard operating procedures Comprehensive refrigerant trouble-shooting experience Travel to homes and businesses on a daily basis as scheduled; Closing work orders with home warranty companies Maintaining a complete and accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC parts in service truck.Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience Candidates are required to provide their own hand tools. Candidates are required to have a HVAC technical school diploma and/or (2) years of HVAC work experience. Experience with installations, sheet metal, residential equipment, experience with refrigeration equipment are all a plus! Refrigerant CFC Certification, required at minimum Key Competencies Confident and self-motivated Valid driver's license Satisfactory driving record as required by the company's insurance provider Background check Drug free Excellent work ethic and professionalism Highly Dependable, punctual and efficient Detail oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Excels at following all Standard Operating Procedures Set sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly) Quickly acclimate to extreme temperatures Physical Requirements Able to work in extreme temperatures Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to confined spaces, roof tops, etc. Able to read and write in english Able to lift over 75 pounds Able to work extended daily work hours Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call Benefits Complete health coverage Dental and vision insurance Competitive wages (based on experience) Paid vacation & holidays Bi-weekly direct deposit Year-round work 401(k) Retirement Plan Pay Scale Pay will be based on experience and performance.Job Type:
