Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commerical and industrial chillers/boilers and related equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of chillers/boilers
• Perform preventative maintenance on chillers and boilers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller/boiler malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex projects or resolve challenging problems
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations while working on chillers/boilers
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Respond to emergency repair calls as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chiller/Boiler Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of chiller/boiler systems, components, and controls
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing chiller/boiler malfunctions
• Familiarity with different types of chillers/boilers, such as steam, hot water, or condensing boilers
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients

Skills:

• Service technician experience in equipment repair
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
