If you have a passion for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and enjoy solving problems in a friendly and efficient manner, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in residential settings, ensuring our customers stay comfortable year-round. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues in residential properties. Perform repairs and maintenance on heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Install new HVAC equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance options. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is preferred. Valid HVAC certification and VA HVAC Journeyman Mechanic license Minimum 2 years proven experience in residential HVAC repair and maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
