Job Description
Innterprises owns and manages a number of businesses and properties across central Vermont and the Upper Valley. We are looking for a full-time person to work with our team to work with our maintenance team. Responsibilities would be maintenance of existing systems - commercial heating and cooling HVAC units, split pumps, walk-in cooler and freezer condensers and evaporators, and many individual self-contained upright freezers, coolers, and prep tables - and 20% new system installs and projects. The position reports to Maintenance Director who has deep expertise in plumbing, heating and strong but not expert knowledge of HVAC systems. Those who self-manage and problem-solve are strongly preferred. This is a more varied position that most maintenance positions as you would work not only on incremental maintenance projects but also full renovations of residential spaces and commercial spaces. We are group of people who take what we do very seriously but laugh and joke and like to ENJOY our time at work! Pay commensurate with experience. EPA 608 Certification required for handling refrigerants
