HVAC Installer

HVAC Installer Modern Mechanical Solutions is the leading manufacturer and provider of commercial HVAC equipment, seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Performs routine maintenance, repairs, installs, repairs, and replaces parts and components of HVAC equipment Installs ductwork, air handlers, registers, vents, and other HVAC components in new buildings and remodels Operates various types of equipment including drills, grinders, saws, hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools Performs other duties as assigned Maintains work area free of debris and hazardous materials Completes work orders in compliance with company policies and procedures; maintains work order logs; ensures completion of required documentation including warranty logs and owner's manuals Follows all company safety rules and regulations; reports any safety concerns to management or supervisor Maintains good housekeeping practices at work site Adheres to all company policies and procedures including federal, state, and local laws and regulations Communicates with customers or supervisors in a professional manner to ensure high customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent GED required; 2+ years' experience as an HVAC Installer required; EPA certification preferred. Knowledge of HVAC systems preferred. EPA certification preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to climb ladders as high as 30 feet as well as walk on uneven terrain.
