You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, Indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. When necessary, you'll upsell and educate customers on preventative maintenance plans and air quality solutions. Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Service HVAC systems to keep customers' homes comfortable throughout the year Check that the newly installed components function properly Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customers Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement Maintain records and complete notes for completed jobs to keep customer records up to date

Qualifications:
