What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified Lead Installers Company vehicle and fuel card Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided tools Overtime opportunities Consistent, year-round work Career advancement opportunities Supportive and team-focused work environment Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Lead installation projects from start to finish Ensure all work meets local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Qualifications Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred Lead Installer experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 80 pounds Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Typical shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Overtime available Why Join
