Your Key Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Estimator and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role by: Lead industrial HVAC projects, including new installations, retrofits, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee daily operations, subcontractor performance, and quality of work. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance. Act as primary client liaison, providing updates, managing scope changes, and maintaining strong relationships.
Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have: 5+ Years of HVAC Estimating / Project Management Experience Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking Familiarity with project management software platforms Excellent communication and leadership skills
