Our team is committed to providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service & Sales Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while presenting repair and replacement options that best meet the customer's needs. What You'll Do Diagnose residential heating and cooling systems. Perform repairs, maintenance, and service calls. Explain findings and repair recommendations to homeowners. Present replacement options when repair is no longer the best solution. Sell complete HVAC systems, accessories, and indoor air quality products. Complete service documentation and communicate with the office team. Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every visit. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. EPA Certification (required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable discussing repair and replacement options with homeowners. Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling HVAC replacement systems. Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless mini-splits. Knowledge of financing programs and utility rebates.
