Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment types and brands. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. Duties Maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment using schematics and diagnostic tools. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions for HVAC-related problems. Utilize tools such as multimeters, combustion analyzers, refrigerant gauges, and manometers. Document all service calls, repairs performed, and parts used in accordance with company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a focus on service technician experience. Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R systems, construction principles, and property maintenance. Ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design principles. Experience in appliance repair is a plus. Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance tasks related to air conditioning and heating systems. Ability and motivation to create and present multiple options and upgrades to existing HVAC systems. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; must be able to travel to job sites.
