We're looking for a experienced Residential HVAC Technician who is passionate about providing exceptional service, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and educating customers about their home comfort needs.
Pay Range:
$32.00 - $42.00 hourly

Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Responsibilities :
Diagnostics, repairs, and tune-ups on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, ductwork, etc. Educating customers and selling necessary repairs and maintenance agreements Using an iPad to create customer invoices and communicate with the office
Qualifications:
2+ years field experience as an HVAC residential service technician (Required) Washington State 06A/06B (Desired) EPA Certified Must have strong skillset in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential HVAC projects Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers Strong leadership skills and work ethics are a must! Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work Must have stable work history to be considered for this position of HVAC Service Technician All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.
