We are growing and looking for a skilled Lead Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Position Summary The Lead Residential HVAC Installer is responsible for leading residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installation projects Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless systems, and indoor air quality equipment Perform equipment startups and commissioning Fabricate and modify sheet metal as needed Install refrigerant piping, condensate systems, and venting Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements Train and mentor apprentice installers Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record EPA Universal Certification Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Preferred:
