• HVAC Control Technician
• to join their trades and facilities team.
• POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
• + 100% FTE + Day Shift + Monday - Friday
• PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• + Install, modify, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration control systems. UWMC uses Johnson Controls systems and Metasys. + Fabricate and install temperature and humidity controls; assist with system design. + Use specialized tools for repair and calibration. + Manage inventory of control parts and components. + Perform related duties as assigned.
• REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• + Completion of a four-year approved institution course as a Control Technician Trainee; OR four years of applicable experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and pneumatic control systems.

+ Vocational or trade school training in control mechanisms may be substituted, year-for-year, for work experience up to a maximum of two years.

+ Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration
