Now is the perfect opportunity to join an established company with a fun and family-like atmosphere. Peninsula Heat is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our fast-growing HVAC installation team in sunny Sequim, WA. As an Installer you will become a part of an exceptional team of professionals who are dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers. Our team of professionals will train you, using industry best practices and safety protocol, to install HVAC equipment and components, ductwork, thermostats, and sheet metal in a variety of settings including new construction and retrofit applications for both residential and commercial customers.
Required Qualifications :
Must have a strong work ethic and desire to learn the ins-and-outs of the HVAC industry. Enjoy working with your hands and willing to use various industry specific tools and equipment Solid communication and customer service skills. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Report to work on time
Responsibilities:
Work under supervision of a seasoned Installer to install various HVAC equipment including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications. Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner. Performs start-ups on air conditioning systems as needed. Assist in the fabrication and installation of various ducts and duct fittings as required. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Abide by company standards of performance and code of ethics. Maintains a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of residential HVAC code Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Brazing and Refrigerant certifications preferred, but are not required

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
