What You'll Do Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems according to manufacturer specs and local codes Communicate clearly with customers about installation progress, recommendations, and next steps Handle materials responsibly, including proper disposal and job‑site cleanliness Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and job details Stay current with new HVAC technologies, tools, and installation techniques through ongoing training What You Bring 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret blueprints Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC systems and components Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Evergreen Heating & Cooling?
