Provision Heating & Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Service & Install Technician . We are looking for someone who can confidently handle: Residential Service HVAC Equipment Installation New Construction Trim & Startup This is a hands-on position for a technician who can diagnose problems, make repairs, install equipment, and complete final trim/startup work. Responsibilities Run residential HVAC service calls Diagnose furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and controls Perform electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and mechanical troubleshooting Repair and replace HVAC components Replace furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, coils, and mini-splits Braze refrigerant piping Pressure test, vacuum, and charge systems Complete new construction HVAC trim Install thermostats, registers, grilles, equipment, and accessories Complete system startups and final testing Verify airflow, static pressure, refrigerant charge, temperature split, and proper operation Complete clear service notes and job photos Keep jobsites and company vehicles clean and organized Communicate professionally with homeowners Requirements Residential HVAC service experience Residential HVAC installation experience Able to complete Service, Trim, and Install work EPA Certification required Washington 06A License preferred Strong troubleshooting skills Comfortable working independently Experience brazing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable and professional Takes pride in doing clean, quality work Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance incentives Steady year-round work Company vehicle and tool support Training and continued development Opportunity to grow into leadership positions Why Provision Heating & Air?
