Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Entry Level HVAC Installer to join our installation team at R&R Heating and Air Conditioning. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You'll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and customer service while honing your craft. Key Responsibilities Assist Installers with installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. Duties could include rough in cutting, labor to move and stock equipment and materials, fire calking and duct sealing, assisting with lineset pulling and routing. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a safe work environment. Provide exceptional work ethics, representing R&R Heating's commitment to excellence. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Valid EPA Certification Willingness to sign up for Gas Mech 1 class after 6 months of hire WA electrical and Idaho trainee card Proven experience within the construction industry, work comfortably in the weather elements including rain, wind, cold and heat. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions. A commitment to quality workmanship and safety. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
