This position focuses on rough-in and install work in newly built homes. You will assist the Lead Installer with ductwork, equipment setting, and preparing systems for inspection. Duties Install ductwork in new residential homes Set furnaces, air handlers, and heat pumps Run refrigerant lines and condensate drains Install venting and basic gas piping (under supervision) Follow mechanical plans and duct layouts Assist with system startup and testing Prepare jobs for rough-in and final inspections Keep job sites clean and organized Follow all safety standards Requirements Experience in new construction HVAC preferred Familiar with rough-in stage work Able to read basic blueprints or duct layouts Comfortable working in attics and crawlspaces Able to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction We offer competitive pay, steady work, and opportunity for advancement.
