HVAC Piping Foreman:

3+ years of experience Chill Water / Heating Water serving AHU's, FCU's etc… Equipment installation i.e. chillers, boilers, mini splits is a must. Pipefitting skills, specifically the ability to layout piping runs and Rooftop equipment setting, curbs, fans, RTU's and AHU's Knowledge of proper piping assemblies for coils connections Ability to work with General contractors and subcontractors Ability to plan their work…. Line out a crew in 6-week increments on larger projects and update that plan weekly/bi-weekly Able to utilize plan grid / Procore or other documents managing platforms to look at drawings, docs Knowledge of safety rules and maintaining a proactive stance on safety Willing to teach less experienced partners who are willing to learn.
