Join Our Team & Lead With Excellence Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering quality installations and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and perform installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings Lead and mentor installation crews Ensure work meets code, safety, and quality standards Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead or senior-level preferred) EPA Certification (required), Active Trainee Card (Required) NATE Certification (a plus) O6A (a plus) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, crawlspaces) Able to pass a drug test & background check
