The Position:

We're looking for HVAC installation helpers. The pay range we're offering is dependent on previous experience, but is generous, and scales based on the value you bring to the company. Full benefits, including vacation pay, holiday pay, health insurance, matching 401K retirement plan, and more, is available. We also offer on-the-job training for installation helpers. Should you show promise as a helper, and gain the necessary knowledge, we would be willing to work with you to become a lead installer.

Requirements:

Enjoy working with your hands Hard-working, ambitious, and responsible Acceptable/Clean Driver's License If you have these strengths, it could set you apart from other applicants: Willing to go onto roofs to install chimney liners Any previous HVAC (or possibly electrical, if relevant) experience Your responsibilities on the job: Helping install furnaces, air conditioning units, and other HVAC equipment.
