Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Waukesha, WI. This role is ideal for a technician who has foundational HVAC experience and is ready to grow into an independent service professional. The ideal candidate will be comfortable running service calls independently, diagnosing HVAC systems, communicating with customers, and delivering high-quality maintenance and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform residential HVAC maintenance and service calls independently. Conduct comprehensive system inspections, maintenance checks, and filter changes. Troubleshoot HVAC issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and available solutions. Complete service documentation accurately and maintain communication with dispatch. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition. Follow company safety standards and quality procedures. Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs. Work toward advanced certifications and career progression opportunities. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of HVAC service experience . Ability to independently perform maintenance calls. Basic troubleshooting skills and willingness to continue learning. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass background and drug screening. EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly). Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Residential HVAC service experience. Experience working directly with homeowners/customers. NATE certification or willingness to pursue certification. Strong knowledge of HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
