Job Description
Description The Finishing Technician at Reader Precision Solutions plays a critical role in ensuring that machined parts meet all required specifications and are ready for on-time shipment to clients. This position involves performing various finishing operations (parts washing, tumbling, passivation, etc.) of components using high-tech finishing equipment, monitoring workflow to accommodate high-priority jobs, and maintaining proper inventory and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and committed to quality and continuous improvement.

10:45pm- 7:15am Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Learn and follow routing procedures within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Ability to continuously lift 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, and reach for extended periods. Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. Work is typically performed in a manufacturing environment where the noise level is moderate. The Finishing Technician will be exposed to machine oils, and various metalworking equipment. Proper safety precautions & PPE are required.
